Welcome to the Nostalgia Nuke universe! By accessing or using our website at nostalgianuke.com, our games (including Bob the Blob), and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

All content within the Services — including games, graphics, music, text, Bob the Blob himself, and all other materials — is owned by Nostalgia Nuke or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or share any content through our Services (such as usernames, profile images, or community posts):

• ► You retain ownership of your content
• ► You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Services
• ► You represent that you have the right to share that content
• ► You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights

Some features may require payment or involve virtual items, currencies, or in-game purchases.

• ► All purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law
• ► Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
• ► We reserve the right to modify pricing, availability, and virtual item balances
• ► You agree to pay all applicable taxes and fees

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Even the best games have the occasional bug (the software kind, not the Bob kind).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nostalgia Nuke and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If we can't work it out, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nostalgia Nuke regarding the Services.
